No service/reaction aftre complaint

My dad (82 years) stay in Renaissance 33, Soetdoring, Bela-Bela. His Telkom phone (0147363881) stop working at the end of November 2013. The Telkom branch in Bela-Bela has been closed. I have report the problem via Telkom webpage. The line was fix but it stop working after 2 days. I report it again via the web but the line was after 3 days stop working. Every time a reverence number is been given and that's it. So went it on for a month! I send 4 sms (30591) on 4 different days to Telkom but they replay that a fault was already lodge for this number. I have phone Telkom to report it. Last Thursday I went to Telkom Menlyn to report it. But till to day the line is out of order. No 1 contact my dad, no technician came out to my dads house to see what is the problem. He worked for Telkom more than 30 years and is this the way Telkom treat his old employees? He wants to communicate with his daughter, friends and sister but he can not because Telkom does not deliver. Please will you help my father.
