This is another great example of shocking service from Telkom.
I placed an order for a new phone line on 27th January. Technician came to premises and said everything was working. When I tried to dial the number it said "The number you have dialed does not exist". So I asked him about it and he said he had to "do something at the office" to fix it.. Anyways, after querying many times with Telkom to fix it over a number of weeks, they finally tell me that the order has been cancelled by the technical department.
How can Telkom cancel the order? I still need the line!
Now I had to log a new order and start the process again. Every day I'm losing money without this line. I wish I could charge Telkom for their incompetence.
