On 7 March, I received a message from Cell C to contact them, my phone was on silent because I was in a meeting. 20 min later my phone was barred. Apparently my account is in arrears. My account gets debited monthly by debit order. Who mistake was this if they debit your account and your account in arrears, I had to pay R134 to get my line back on. I have logged a complaint with them, up and till today no response from them, so I have no idea why they have barred my line. I have been a customer with Cell C for more that 8 years and not once my account was in arrears. Why barr my line without notification. I would like a written apology from them.
