Cell C - what happend to the internet??

A few months ago I purchased the Cell C E586 router, because I work from home and need all day internet access. In the beginnig the internet access was great, download time was perfect, but then about 2 months ago Cell C changed their data package prices and zooom, there goes the speed of my line. I pay an internet account of between R600 and R1300 every month for my work, and I use Google Earth on a minute base every single day, and as soon as the line drops, I loose my connection with GE server and I have to restart 2 programs to get to work again. I cannot work like this. This is totally unexceptable that you pay this much for service (or speed in this case) and then you receive nothing. We tried numerous time to phone and sort it out, and we always get the same reply, "just restart you router". Well, that does not help anymore, and I am fedup to let my office know every day that I am behind with my work, because of Cell C's service delivery.
