On 11 December I received an SMS from Cell C advising that my account is unpaid & that if not paid, it would be barred. Upon contacting the call centre, I discovered that the two payments I made on 4 December for my Top-Up Contact & Data contract respectively, I accidently paid into the data contract only. The call centre agent then agreed to rectify this by transferring the one payment into my top up contract. In spite of this, my line was barred at close of business on Wednesday.
It is now six days later & my line is still barred. So much for 4 hours!!!
I use the BBM facility for work & at a rate of R1000 per day, has now lost R6000 in gross income. Well done Cell C!! You can absolutely be relied upon to give great customer support... NOT!!
