This is the second time is the past six months that I have had to supply proof of payment to Cell C that my account is paid on time. The supposed customer "care" consultant always has an attitude when she/ he calls and they demand that you send through the proof of payment. The first time this occurred my line was suspended even though I had sent through two copies of the proof of payment to two different consultants! And what a mission to get it sorted. Today I received another call that my payment for December is in arrears despite the fact that it was paid in advance on 18 December 2012! Come on, Cell C - wake up and start treating your paying customers with some respect. I would like an apology for the insinuation that I am an account defaulter, but I suppose that's asking too much!
I'm seriously considering cancelling my contract with them once it comes to an end in April this year - maybe some other cell company will value my business more! Deplorable service!
