I m currently eligible for an upgrade and would like to do so and remain loyal to MTN however when i called through to the call centre and was advised that if i do upgrade i will lose all the airtime i have which is in excess of R1000. Im sorry that is just unacceptable considering that i am giving you business for another 24 months on an iPhone package (2nd renewal) and you tell me you are going to take away R1000 worth of airtime from me??? PURE DAY LIGHT!!!
