Very inefficient

I asked them to put a cap on my data card when I reach my limit until next payment. So they did last month and I paid on the 15th this month but up to today I have not been reconnected. To prove that they received payment they even sent me an SMS on my phone thanking me. I called on Saturday, they said I must fax proof of payment and I did, called again on Sunday they still promised to have me reconnected immediately. I called on Monday, they still promised..I am taking my account to 8ta..
