My invoice date is on the 7th of each month. Prior to being issued with my contract minutes for this month, I already had over R800 of airtime in credit from prior months. I went into the Centurion branch yesterday (the 7th) to convert to prepaid and I was happy to lose the R800 worth of airtime I had. However, I have been told that I have to pay for airtime for the month coming, that I am not going to use, and that MTN says I will lose, this amounts to over R1000 worth of airtime.

This is completely contrary to the CPA in that I am being billed for airtime that I will never use. I expect a refund of the current month's billing or I will be consulting a CPA consultant to take this further.
