My husband booked his Nokia Lumia 900 in for repairs on 16 January 2013 (SR# 1-5854261311). The software had to be updated and the cracked screen replaced. When we asked how long it would take, Mr Oersen (who has been a great help) said that the repair centre would be in contact with us. On 23 January, one week later, he received an sms acknowledgement of receipt by the Repair Centre. On 1 February, one week later, he received an sms quotation, which he accepted. And since then nothing has happened. On 13 February I went to the shop (Mall of the North) and enquired about the progress. They asked me to phone the Central Repairs, which I did and they logged a priority request (ref no 1758266). On 18 February I phoned again, only to find that nothing has happened since. This is unacceptable. How long does it take to update software and replace a cracked screen? This is a business phone and although a loan phone has been provided, the loss of data has been a great inconvenience. Please follow up.
