Paid for delivery and service not delivered

I asked for Quote from Fastway which I received swiftly, but after making a payment and sent through the proof of payment which was confirmed, Charlize Ferreire never came back to me again. I paid for a delivery to have Fastway Couriers Bloemfontein collect my document from Pretoria, whereby I sent the addresses and contact numbers. I made a transfer on the 22nd of September 2023 and did send my proof of payment to Charlize Ferreire, but still no feedback. I was not given the track and trace number, and I sent her emails and tried to call in but no answer. I even called their Head Office and no assistance was given to me. They took my name and number, and promised that their Manager will call me on the 05th October 2023. But he did not call me. Please help as I paid and need that document so much.
