I was involved in a car accident on the 13th of December, 2019, and I was not at fault. I consulted with a local law firm, to which I gave most of my information, but withdrew after being told I had to pay for my medical records. I went to the particular law firm to request my documents back, but I was always postponed, as they said the lawyer who had them was not available.

I thought everything was a waste of time, as the stipulated period to claim had passed, but recently, after hearing from the radio that people whose claims were not processed from 2019 should come forth, I now took this step.
