There is not enough characters to describe my full story of the terrible service that I have received from vodacom.

To sum up the situation, I received a phone under warranty from vodacom under the impression that it was new, only to find out the phone is a re-furbished unit. After i got the phone back, i put the battery in and the phone does not charge now. I went to vodaworld yesterday 15.01.13 to check what was wrong, they sent the battery in for checking as they said the phone wont be the problem, they replaced the battery under warranty and when I got home guess what the phone still didnt charge. I sent Natashia an email this morning about the situation, spoke to her on the phone and she said she will get back to me at 11am today 16.01.13. 11am came no call, I called her and she said she sent the enquiry to vodacom and she will get back to me by 3pm today. 15h45 and still no answer and she is not answering her calls (apparently she is the supervisor of vodaworld), no wonder no one knows what they doing there.

Is there anyone at vodacom that would maybe like to try and help out?
