My Blackberry 9800 went in for third repair

12 December 2012- My phone just went off and rebooted continuosly and i took it to their store at Icon Centre in Cape Town on 13 December 2012. The salesman advised that the phone has to go for software upgrade. Repair ID 8300995. Got my phone back on 07 January 2013.

03 February 2013 - My phone created shortcuts, took the phone back to the store on 04 February, they booked it in again for software upgrade. Repair ID 8488697. Not sure when i got my phone back.

20 February 2013 - My phone created shortcuts again and took it to the Icon centre again, booked it in again, Repair ID 8562929.

Samantha of complaints, advised me earlier that my phone will be in my possession by the end of this week.

I dont want that phone as it went in for repairs for the 3rd time, not even reaching 4 months. and as per the Consumer Protection Act, and please take note on page 23 and 24, CONSUMER RIGHT NO. 8 - Your right to implied warranty of quality.

I was also promised that Samantha's superior was to contact me, but up until this hour, nothing.

I also advised them on facebook, that when my 24 months has gone, they must cancel my contract, as i will not
