I visited your Wimpy restaurant on 05/11/2023 in Musgrave and was extremely disappointed with the quality of food that was served to me. The Kit Kat choc cupcake was a disaster; no one can eat that damp thing. Please see attached pictures.
This is not the kind of quality food that one would expect from a restaurant of your level and reputation. You need to ensure that your customers receive the highest caliber of available ingredients, as well as proper preparation.
I hope that this is not the type of email you wish to receive from your customers. I also trust that you will handle this complaint strictly and take all necessary measures to ensure that such incidents do not happen again.
