The most unprofessional service

I sent my phone in for repairs at Autopage in Centurion as they told me the phone was still under warranty. A week later I received a call from an Autopage employee with a very bad attitude telling me that there was no way that my phone would be fixed under warranty. I accepted that and asked that they would send me a quote. Three weeks later I followed up as to why I still have not received a quote for the repair on my phone which simply had a cracked screen. I was then told that my repair has been cancelled. I told them that I never cancelled it and asked for them to do a follow up on the matter. About a week later when I phoned again they told me that my repair had been cancelled in November 2013. This upset me even more as this was in September and November 2013 had not even happened yet. I asked the employee to find out where my phone is. Over a week later I finally received feedback that my phone was being sent back to the shop unrepaired. Upset, I asked the employee not to send the phone back unrepaired, but to get me a quote on the repair as I originally asked. I am VERY unhappy with the service as it has been over a month now and I still haven't even received a quote.
