Internet - poor reception

HI there

I want to cancel my internet contract. I took out a new contract and told that the new 3G stick was great and fast. I have used my Internet so little because I cannot get onto the internet.

Please advise which option is the best as I wouldnt like to cancel my contract if I have another option.

Right now I'm wasting my money
