Head office refuses to unblacklist my recovered ph

Hi there,

My name is Hishaam. I've been trying to unblacklist my RECOVERED UNINSURED phone for a month but cell c refuses to unblacklist it because the number that "I!!! " "ME!! " BLACKLISTED it with is not on my name! Cell c is the best network for me but I'm really starting to lose faith in cell c's services. Why could I BLACKLIST my phone but they refuse to unblacklist it for me?
