I logged a complaint on HP last Tuesday about dropped calls on Vodacom (see it here: https:///vodacom/complaints/dropped-calls-increasing-1010268). I even gave feedback on the complaint, stating that they did not respond.
Now, almost a week later, I still haven't received any response from them.
Until you pay attention to the problem, I will keep on logging complaints on HP so that people can see how little you care about providing good service to your customers.
