I am hoping your office can assist me a problem I am experiencing with Cell C.
On 28 January 2013 my daughter was robbed of her Blackberry cellphone. I blacklisted the phone with the service provider as I am the contract holder. On 31 January 2013 the perpetrators were arrested in possession of her phone and it was returned to her on 5 February 2013. I forwarded a fax to the Cell C on 10 February 2013 to unblacklist the cellphone. It was not done. My daughter then took the phone into Cell C Tokai as she could not make calls or use the BB messaging, they took the phone and gave her a replacement Nokia to use. On 11 April 2013 I went to Cell C Tokai to enquire about the phone, they told me that the repair centre was holding it as it is blacklisted. I completed another form to unblacklist it, which they scanned and mailed. On 15 May 2013 my husband called the call centre to complain, they sent me another unblacklisting form which I completed scanned and mailed back to them the same day.
On 6 June 2013 I contacted the call centre, they said they could not help me and referred me to Tokai, who referred me to the Repair Centre at Head Office who referred me thro
