Customer Service Clueless/pathetic

I Sent a request to ALTECH AUTOPAGE to have a phone blacklisted.
A Week Later the phone has been returned and as it is a company phone i needed it to be "unblacklisted".
Now ive been told that Autopage can not assist me and i need to contact MTN to have the phone removed from Blacklisting. how is it possible that they are able to blacklist it but not unblacklist??? they are my Service provider, or so i thought...???
