I was in-correctly billed more than R800.This went off my account and I am still waiting more than 3 weeks later and Im still awaiting feedback from Jeetendra Chiba. I WANT my CREDIT done and reflecting on my account IMMEDIATELY!!!
SECONDLY, My phone was suppose to be un-blacklisted, I have called in numerous times and was told it was done last week on the 27th-guess what?? A week later and the phone is still not working!!! The error says 'phone not allowed' and gives a MM6 or MM06 error (I dont have the phone with me at moment) I want this sorted as well. Seriously can MTN's customer service get any more pathetic than this? I want this sorted out immediately, Im really starting to lose my patience!
