I am currently holding on for a customer care consultant, at the moment I have been holding on for 45mins, now it is more about seeing how long before I get hold of a consultant than the complaint, been waiting so long that I have forgotten why I called in. It's now 48mins. Get more consultants, oh, and get more than 3 songs to play over and over, after hearing each song 5 times, they get very boring. I'm due for an upgrade in the next month, after 16 years with Vodacom, I do believe I will change, to who, will see. 51mins now.
