I wrote an earlier report (https:///cell-c/complaints/cell-c-put-me-on-the-wrong-contract-971747) stating how Cell C put me on the wrong contract and after filing numerous query's with Cell C over the phone (this was before my listed report) I was told it was being 'escalated' and that they needed the telephone recording.
I then reverted to HelloPeter as not much progress was being made and got an immediate response that it would be dealt with and received a reference number. That was two weeks ago.
I called in today to receive the same response I keep getting, "The case has been escalated" etc etc...
I just hope this is sorted out before I have to pay another R500 to Cell C for their mistake.
