I have had a cellphone contract for almost as long as Vodacom has been in existence. I am due for an upgrade and it would appear that upgrades are done a bit different these days. Being unsure I called in and after waiting for a very long time I was treated very poorly. Neverthess I said that I will check the website to make a decision. With a few more questions I called back and after a long wait I got the same poor service and treatment. Out of loyalty to my wife who works at Vodacom I tried once more and this time I was told to call 0821958. I called and after holding on listening to music for 10 minutes I dialed from my office number as well. After waiting for almost 20 minutes on the 1st phone I got cut off and eventually gave up on the 2nd one. What is going on at the Vodacom Call Centre. I am both disappointed and disgusted. Dino
