Vodacom's terrible call centres

I have spent about 2 hours trying to add change a minor detail to my corporate account. Vodacom's menu choices are as clear as mud, after going through a number of options making 4 phone calls, and being put through to the wrong department a number of times I finally got to speak to a corporate consultant. How is it that I can phone your corporate number and be put through to a consultant on your your 111 number who cant help me? When I finally managed to get through to a corporate consultant it took long time of waiting in line to speak to someone and, when it was finally answered the consultant put me on hold, without giving me her name or asking what my problem was. After another long perioud of further holding I ended the call as I have job to do. Vodacom get you act together it took me longer to try an add a data bundle to my account than it took me to go to the shop, buy a mtn stater pack, rica it and load data, and solve my problem. Your call center customer service stinks, your consultants are untrained and your menu options are confusing.
