I laid a complaint Tuesday, the 01/10/2013 about an upgrade that just doesn't want to happen at Vodacom. Someone called yesterday, the 02/10/2013 from Vodacom, pretending like they care and that they will sort out my issue... but guess WHAT??? The upgrade reversal hasn't been lifted and I still do not have a phone!!! A Consultant by the name of Alex (useless ALEX), called us and stated that the upgrade reversal will be lifted YESTERDAY ALREADY and that i'll be able to go to any Vodacom outlet to get a phone, yesterday still. Its now the 03/10/2013 and no one came back to us... NO ONE AT VODACOM UNDERSTANDS WHAT THEY ARE DOING NOR THE IMPLICATIONS... YOU CALL AND CALL AND THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD!!! OH, and bright Alex isn't at the office they said so we cannot be assisted. In guess when bright Alex isn't at the office Vodacom cannot function! Ridiculous!!! The upgrade reversal still hasn't been lifted and i'm still without a phone. Can Someone pls pls assist me! Its a pity Vodacom does not have solid competitors otherwise I would have cancelled this stupid contract a long long time ago... THEIR BAD SERVICE IS APPAULLING! ITS REALLY REALLY SAD WHAT THEY HAVE BECOME...
