ILLEGAL OWNERSHIP OF MY CELLPHONE NUMBER

I am a Edgars Account Holder for over 25 years. Over two years ago I had been offered R75 Vodacom airtime for R55 from an Edgars Customer Care Services Consultant. At the time I was not informed that it is a Subscription for 24 months. Five weeks ago I wanted to upgrade my cellphone from prepaid to a contract. I then went into a Vodacom store to purchase my phone on contract. I was told that I cannot upgrade my present prepaid number because it is owned by RMCS who is Edgars Airtime Supplier. Upon hearing this I contacted Edgars Customer Care Services and a consultant told me that I must contact RMCS myself. I did that and they told me it would take 48hrs to have my number released to me. I waited for 48 hrs to pass and phoned again when another consultant told me the same. I have been phoning everyday and have been also given ref numbers by the consultants only but in vain. I went to Vodacom customer care in Canal Walk to be told that Edgars has to sort it out.. I went to Edgars Canal Walk and the Cellph counter managaress told me it will take one month. I then went to Waterfront Edgars and the Cellph manager said it will be done the follwg day. Its been 5weeks now.
