Where to begin, a week ago I phoned 0821959 to do my upgrade after trying to do it online and then ordering a BB10 Online, after calling and holding on a few times for 15min i decided to use the callback feature which states that someone will call you back in an hours time.
Friday morning still no callback so I call again hold on for a while and decide one's again to use the call back service. Once again no callback and after phoning back and holding on I get cut off twice.

So I leave it to Monday. I decide to phone once again and to hold on until I speak to a consultant. 35min later I get put through to a consultant. After confirming all details etc, I tell her that I already ordered online and no one has called me back since Thursday. After spending 35min holding to speak to someone and another 25min going through the procedures I get told there is no stock but stock is coming in the end of the week.

Then today, phoned twice holding on for more than 30min with no luck and getting cut of once again when someone picked up. Pathetic service is all I can say. I still need to speak to a consultant urgently!! Vodacom should have a look at their level of service as it's useless.
