Please note that the black berry torch that I have been given, now three phones in four months is continuously crashing. Whilst on a call, checking emails, or even trying to unlock the phone, the device resets. I have been trying to explain this Vodacom now, to no avail. The last response was we will get back to you. This is concerning as the Quality of Black Berry devices are poor and should not be sold to the public if this is the case. They should be removed form the market completely. They say that I am a platinum customer. This is the worst service I have ever received from a vendor. My phone continues to have these issues.
