In October 2012 / November 2012, I applied for a cellphone contract for a BlackBerry 9360. I provided them with the necessary documentation they needed and when I come to collect the phone and SIM card for contract, they were experiencing stock shortages. They were to contact me when stock became available, so I waited. Weeks turned into months without them contacting me, so I went and took a new contract with another provider - in 3 days I had a new phone and contract. Some time in December 2012 Nashua finally contacted me and advised that I could now come and collect their phone. I advised them to cancel the contract which I had never signed to accept - as we had not yet agreed on a commence date, only that I qualified for a contract when they had stock available. They accepted that I had obtained a contract with another provider and agreed to cancel their contract without a charge to me. I changed banks in November so the details they had no longer worked and I was not aware they were continuing to attempt to bill me for a contract I did not have with them.
