Iam very unhappy with the Network service that vodacom and black berry is giving me. Since December when Vodacom and Black Berry has a so called "problem" the Network service in rustenburg has not improved, Since the 24/01/13 I can not make any phone calls if I phone the Service desk they tell me I must go into the shop to see what is wrong with MY cell phone. If it was only me complaining I would understand but every body I know using Black Berry service with vodacom is complaining about the service. What would happen if I had to make a emergency call and I cant, will vodacom come to help me. I am paying for my BB service and Iam paying for my phone calls. My be I must change my cell phone and go back to using Nokia and I am even starting to think of changing my network supplier.
