Have sent in my Black Berry four times and no joy

I have had problems from day one with my Black Berry and have sent it away four times by Vodacom Menlyn.
The total travel cost alone is R800.00 and not to mention the time spent waiting at Vodacom.
Not to mention on receiving within the hour this returned BB gave problems. I thought not to travel back at that times, but had to again and again.

Problems:
1. Black Berry not switching on.
2. No signal on Black Berry, did put sim in SAMSUNG phone then had good signal,
3. Dropping calls as phone signal indicator showed WEAK in Black Berry but sim in SAMSUNG showed strong.
4. Black Berry freeze up 100's of times
5. Message "sim-card invalid" Replaced cards... Same.

Except for all the above the Black Berry caused a lot of friction in general, and extra costs.
All the times general friendly complaints fell on deaf ears.
