I have a problem with my service provider MTN, with regards to the product service they have sold to me and or MTN service users having the Black Berry hand set phone.
Due to the nature of my business i found out that the service product package will best suit my need in the most cost effective way since i had to shop around first to make comparisons across all the phones. I opted the Black Berry 9520. I did not go to other service provider since i have been the loyal client of MTN and also to avoid unnecessary changes of the cell phone numbers.
To my surprise, i did received the sms notification from MTN telling me that the BIS will be discontinued in 30 days period and i would have to migrate to the other service which will give me a minimum of R200 megabits at the similar cost as old BIS. My main problem is that since we are continuously using their product at which they sold it to us with the promise and MTN just change the package without we as the consumers concern.
I am totally not happy since i believe that the roll out of this new package must only be applicable to the new users of the Black Berry. This is a pathetic move by MTN and Back Berry. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!
