We have 5 lines with Autopage and spend R4000 per month with them. We wanted to upgrade one line and downgrade another because we were not using all the airtime on one contract. I had over R2000 accumulated airtime which Autopage and MTN refused to transfer to my new contract. I pointed out that since I had paid for the airtime, they could not take it back. But they did. So now they are going to lose all 5 lines, how short sighted. They will lose in the region of R100 000 from us over the next two years all because they refused to transfer my R2000 airtime. I have dealt with Autopage since my very first cellphone years and years ago. Clearly they don't care about customer loyalty. I will NEVER deal with Autopage or MTN again. They won't notice the lack of my business on their balance sheet but it will make me feel a whole lot better.
