Went for upgrade at mtn franchise service was very good.
When the consultant tried to upgrade their was a hold on account for an outstanding amount of R79.07 and could not do the upgrade. Contacted 808 confirmed that if i do eft and show the consultant proof would be able to do it.
Needless to say when payment was made story changed now we have to wait 48 hr. for payment to reflect.
Call center does not want to escalate query to a supervisor.

One part of mtn trust me with a R12 000 worth of antenna's that was installed at my property but wont do a upgrade for R79.07
ANT THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT A LOYAL CLIENT THAT OPENED THE ACCOUNT IN 1998 AND IS AND HAVE JUST SEND IN A NEW APPLICATION FOR A DATA CONTRACT SPENDING IN EXCESSES OF R2800 Pm
