Upgrade -most annoyed at wrong info given

I called in to the call ctr a couple of weeks ago, and it was clearly confirmed that my upgrade was due for all 3 lines 3rd and 4th of June. I called in to the call ctr again on the 5th of June to ask why the system was ffreezing up when I try to do the upgrade. The consultant confirmed that I will only be able to do upgrade once I make a payment. After which I ask onc e I make the payment, can I go into the store, I can do the upgrade.on 6 June I make the payment and call into the call ctr to advise that I madesign payment, the could see the payment and a consultant by the name of Francis said that when I ghetto the branch, I must ask them to call 0821946, to open the system, which should allow them to do upgrade. I get to the branch and lo and behold the call ctr sings a different story that the upgrade can only be done in August. I am most annoyed at these call centre agents who mess us customers around by giving us wrong info, and think nothing of sending from pillar to post, passing the buck, not taking responsibility and just no-Care attItude. They say that they can't listen to recorded calls that was Done to other depts, the worse ever excuse.contact me on the 2nd contact no
