Good evening. I did an upgrade on both my wife & my account during the latter part of February. After having to wait 2 weeks just to get the paper work sorted out my account were sorted & I did the upgrade. On the day the upgrade went through, the sales lady told me that BIS will now come to and end as I will get a prorata allocation of data as per my new contract. This did happen & my first sms was for 70MB. Low and behold both my last statements still reflect that I'm paying for BIS. Please can someone in your company sort this out & refund my BIS as your sales agent assured me that the BIS will come to and end & therefore I should not have paid for this in the first place. Your urgent attention is appreciated. Regards
