Ref Nr # T517361710 - I received a 'Final Warning' text message (which was the first message I ever received) a couple minutes ago. I was told to phone 012 452 4400 urgently to avoid being handed over to ITC. I phoned and waited a couple of minutes, only to transferred to another dept where eventually the operator answered the phone and promptly dropped the call.
I would like to confirm that the 'final warning' sms has been sent to the wrong account holder. You have my cell phone number - so please follow up with me as I'm not spending my valuable time holding on the phone for you to rectify your error.
