Upgrade of Acocunt (Fail)

Good Day. I have a contract that is due for an upgrade for quite a while, however it seems if you are unable to assist me. I have spent numerous hours at your branches with little success. The first time the phone that I wanted was available in stock at the dealer but was not loaded on the system. The second time the phone was in stock and on the system, but the pricing on your system differ from your advertised monthly subscription fee. I now have a data bundle due for upgrade as well, I was at the dealer and again the pricing on the system differ from what is advertised. Why is it that you have different pricing on the system? I was assured by the salesperson that I can ignore that amount on the system and that I will only pay what is indicated in the advertisement. However I don't trust that as my signature will be on the contract - not on a advert. I have been a loyal customer with MTN since 1998 - but it seems time to move on. Can you please let me know how I can cancel these contracts with MTN (A request that was send to your call center via your website over a week ago).
