From the 1st of Feb 2013 I have been experiencing problems with MTN data speed. after one week of complaining to MTN did they eventually admit that the problem is on their side and I am not in fact going crazy. the problem was then solved on Friday, 08/02/2013 but started again on Sunday, 10/02/2013. after contacting 1555 I was once again told that there is a problem with data speeds and the problem is being escalated. how long does it take to get a problem escalated? I don't pay MTN to get 4kbs! I was also informed by the one of the consultants at 1555 call centre that there are a whole lot of complaints coming through regarding this. This is now going into the second week and I run a business from home. I want MTN to sort the problem out not just escalate it because its clear that escalating the problem has done nothing.
