After seeing numerous complaints on this sight, phoning mtn for help, posting my own complaint here and getting a response saing the problem is being escalated to urgent, mtn has still not fixed the slow speeds mtn uncapped light users including myslef have been experiencing for 3 weeks now. Even when i had my 3gigs of fast speed it was slower than it usually is and once thats over the speed is horrible, no where near whar it used to be, it fluctuates extremely from 20kb/s to 0 then back to 20 and continues doing this as long as i am connected as opposed to the previous year wear it would consistently stay around 30kb/s. I have not seen WCDMA this month whenever data is used even at full signal it immediately switches to HSPA . Please could you let me know what the problem is as multiple people are experiencing this and no solution or explanation seems to have been given. Any help would be greatly appreciated
