MTN Data a disgrace

Over the past 4 months the MTN Data performance has deteriorated considerably. To continue on the internet and email I went to 8ta & to my surprise they have out performed on data & support performance. Had problems with my Standard bank statements for 1 week, did not receive electronic statements. Went to MTN Moringside with my PC for assistance. The data guys denied any data problems and did not even bother checking my settings. "It is Standard Bank's problem". Well, I changed my email address to 8ta in my Standard Bank profile, and since then I receive my electronic statements. So MTN where is the problem? Simple hey-MTN has a problem. I phoned 1555 to try & get support on my data challenge. You land up with the automated answer to contact 1555 data, so the system goes into a loop & you cannot get through a consultant. Great support. I could not help but notice that there are 365 pages on Hello Peter. That's a serious amount of entries, I checked 5 pages and the majority were sad faces. Is there a message? I currently have 4 data contracts, from today will phase out MTN and look for a more reliable Vendor.
