I am paying for uncapped internet access through this company and for a week now have had virtually no internet access. Their call centre agents are unable to pinpoint the problem and can't even tell whether the problem is with them or Telkom. I am constantly being told that the problem is being escalated but no solution is forth coming. Apart from the fact that I have paid for a week's service without getting any, this is also affecting my business and income. If they could at least tell me whether the problem is with them or Telkom, that would a start, but they are unable to do even that.
Totally unacceptable!!! I am left at their mercy to try and solve a problem that seems beyond them.
