Call centre agent unfriendly, did not introduce herself, and i still cant request the flippen monthly bill to be sent to my email... Been online 3 times = no luck not working, been to a shop = no luck guy said he chaged it but obviously not, called the call centre = and no luck. What do i as a loyal customer have to do for a simple request that is apparently so easy according to Mtn???
Again and again and many other instances MTN are failing!
Dont call me, apologise and do nothing just like you did last time i wrote...
