Good Luck to you if you Insured - Bad Service

I cancelled my Discovery Insure Motor policy in 2012 and THANK GOODNESS! if I ever have to call their call centre again it cannot be too soon. I have been transferred from agent to agent, half of them had no idea what a No claims letter was and not one of the almost 8 agents I spoke to, took any responsibility for my request. I literally begged them to assist and yet they made it sound like they doing me the favour. They are arrogant and unskilled and I must admit today was the last straw for me, as I really thought they might have significantly improve on their service delivery, this was proven again today not to be the case. I simply cannot recommend them, it takes you 20 min to take out a policy with them and it all seems great, but GOOD LUCK to you it will take you forever to get service from them. Don't waste premiums they truly have given me the worst customer experience I have ever received from any insurer. The last call took nearly 15 minutes where I was placed on hold by Natasha, Charlene and finally Thandi Mkabine who did not even bother to give me feedback. In the very end I called their CEO's office and had my letter within 10 min. So Good Luck to you.
