I had a bad experience with a technical person from the call centre. I want to report this the next day. Do you think it is possible to get through to a technical manager? Never. Tried this morning - no luck. Tried again this afternoon. Still no luck. I gave my details a number of times, the last time to a lady called Lebone. This was after 17 minutes. It has now been more than 30 minutes.
If you can't handle the number of calls, then get more personnel. The clients pay for a service that they are not getting.
Stop fooling yourself: The is no "Friendly call centre agents" as your telephone messages keeps on repeating.
Let see how long it takes for someone to respond. I am not holding my breath.
