Problem With Cellphone Services

I renewed my cellphone contract last year and i have had numerous problems with the Blackberry 9810 they Mtn have changed the phone for me on 4 occassons now but had to send the phone in for repairs again last year December and still have not gotten any feedback from Mtn since then its unexceptable as im paying almost R400 for a contract and for a phone that im not even using and the staff are not very helpful with regard to service i even asked if i can change the phine for something else since it is so troublesome and they said no
it also costs me aloy of money to keep going to pavillion to check if my phone is ready because nobody from mtn even phones to let me no what is going on this is not fai
