I am logging this complaint in the hope that we may actually get some assistance. We have queries dating back to last year for a simple request, of our company invoices to be POSTED to us, and the company VAT number needs to be indicated on the invoice. We have requested it countless times, and still today, here we sit, no luck.

It is such a simple request, yet too intricate for Vodacom to do.

please can you somebody phone me... this is ridiculous and very time consuming and to speak to your call centre is even worse because only your billing department or accounts department can supply invoices.

For such a big service provider you guys dont make it very easy... I must say. I have been on the phone for close to 10 minutes, and I have been put on hold for almost 4 minutes of the 10...

Not nice guys.
