Very Bad service from a reputable service provid

I am trying to get my itemised bill for one of the accounts from past 10 day and still not been helped.
when I called them 10 days ago they asked me to fax the documents. Fax machine is broken at work so called in again (8days ago) and the call center asked me to email it to [Email Removed] however when received no response after two day of sending the email, i called in again. this time the agent says that my request has been closed as i didnt fax the documents and there is no one attending it. How could they just close the request without even following up with me. he also said that the email i sent is of no use because the note said waiting for FAX. he said he is going to log a new request saying I will email the documents which i did only to realise today that I have to sign the ID and the letter I have sent them and since I didnot sign the ID copy they cannot help me. Every agent has their own story, process, procedure and list of things, annoying. Please dont tell me the way's of getting the itemized bill that would make your lives easy and mine hard. one agent on friday was just insisting me to go to a walking customer care.
So much for being loyal for 7 years.
